Utilizing a store phone to effectively manage and complete orders in a timely and efficient manner. I was responsible for loading our delivery trucks with orders within a strict time deadline in order to facilitate efficient delivery of product to customers. My daily tasks had me collaborating with almost every department in the store in order to complete orders in a timely fashion. I interacted with many customers and always tried to help them or direct them to an associate in the relevant department. I was also responsible for calling customers if necessary to successfully fulfill their order. During this time I completed training on the forklift in order to increase my job efficiency and reduce delivery loading times.

Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader (Aug 2018 - Oct 2018)

The primary goal was to take a more hands-off but guiding approach to instruction. Encouraging students to collaborate with each other in order to facilitate group learning and friendship between peers. In order to accomplish this I sat in on lectures and labs with the students in order to plan my lessons around what they were learning in class. I would then assist groups or individuals as needed during my sessions. If students required my personal tutoring I would help them to the best of my ability within the session or direct them to the STEM SSC for one on one tutoring.
